If you want to add a new keybinding: Select the button you want to use from the dropdown menu once again mouse over for determining what is what and a small window opens in the middle of the screen see picture 6.
The bindings are called events in target. Each event needs a name and you can also add a short description, the important values are "Key Command" and "Type". For Key Command select what the button should do, for example if you want your light on the button select "o". Type determines if the key should just be hit once "pulse" or rapidly "hold" while the button is pressed.
When you're finished click "add event". Tip: You can map more than one event to a button, for example you could bind all your guns on Trigger1, just create an additional event for that.
When you created all the events you need click "finish" to save your configuration and return to the home screen. You will now see the following screen which means that your configuration is running.
When you're finished gaming or to change something just click "stop". Any idea? Edit: The issue since the patch is the now included. A solution should be changing the xml file so all bindings reference to "js1". I've been having a similar issue; I try to bind my axis to the various appropriate controls, and it does not even seem to register an axis input. Would this be an issue with my T.
T setup, or the game? As it stands my inputs all seem to register on the event tester. You need to be a member in order to leave a comment. Sign up for a new account in our community. It's easy! Can I download it somewhere? I plugged both my stick and my throttle in my desktop, but just some simple drivers installed and no TARGET sofware or anything like it. So my question is: How do you get the T. Thanks for all your help! Showing 1 - 6 of 6 comments. Not to be snarky here but did it occur to you to look for it on the publisher's Thrustmaster website? Or do any kind of googling first? Usually you don't need it unless making macros and stuff.
For example set state for one of the 2 or 3 way switches which you can use to change the layout of the whole joystick. Think modifier Plus a ton of other macro stuff.
So who ever has the time, nerves and know how scripting etc. You don't really need it, unless you want to do switch to keyboard inputs. Most people who know like it don't know how to really use it.
