Club rewind program leader

As far as the work environment, very calm, a great. Amazing attitudes and vibes. Pros Woking with kids. Cons Not enough hours. I loved working for Club Rewind because every day was different and I got to work with so many great kids. I learned how to work around children with all types of personalities and it was very interesting to learn how each different child thinks depending on their age group.

Pros works very well with school schedule. Cons does not give enough work hours. We want to help you find great companies.

Help us be the best! A typical day is making sure your staff and students are equipped with everything they need for activities and games. I oversaw the campus and was in constant communication with parents, teachers, and my coordinator.

We were always doing some type of fun activity to keep the kids occupied and it was a fast paced environment. Pros Perfect hours. Cons No breaks. We had managers which were on site with us with the other leaders then we had coordinators which her basically the managers of the managers. Some were cool and others not so much. There was definitely favoritism and a lot of drama. Pros Children. Cons Management. I loved working at Club Rewind but it is overall a very draining job.

It isn't physically demanding nor does it require a significant amount of intellect, but the children can and will try their best to test you. The students were normal acting for their age but management had no form of discipline. They would let the kids do what they want in order make sure the parents still paid the after school fee.

However,if one is looking for a relaxed job with 20 year old managers then this is the place for you! The children are great though and the best part of this job was allowing me to see the children throughout their school year on their highs and lows. Pros Fun activities, relaxed attire. Cons Poor management, no discipline system. It's a place where we help kids complete their homework and also have some fun after school. We make a fun and safe environment for the kids to be in.

We provide snack for them. We have fun games and activities for them to do. Fun and outgoing environment to be around kids. What I've learned working for Club Rewind is that you have to be a good role model to the students because some of these students can look up to you and even thank you later on the line saying "thank your for showing me this..

Management is very well their, he is a good leader. He helps you meet your standards and make sure that you understand every student you have and get to know them well. The world isn't perfect and I know there is going to be places where you work that you won't like someone.

I'm currently going through that right now with one of my coworks. But being around children, I know that my job is to entertain the kids and not worry about my issues with her on the clock.

Hardest part of my job, is getting some of the students to settle down, and trying to entertain all of them at once. As working throughout the months I've learn many different games for all students to join in.
